By using the Novelty Rugs website or by placing an order on the Novelty Rugs website (www.novletyrugs.com), the customer accepts the terms and conditions mentioned below. Before placing an order, the customer must ensure they have read and understood the terms and conditions.
When placing an order on the Novelty Rugs website, the customer affirms they are over 18 years of age. Customers under the age of 18 must, if requested by the seller, provide a written letter of permission to make an online purchase. The customer commits to providing accurate and truthful payment, contact, and personal information, and is responsible for ensuring the information is up to date.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the means of payment (credit card, PayPal account, etc.) belongs to them and that the person placing the order has the right to use that specific payment method. A debit/credit card or bank account must have sufficient funds to cover the total amount of the order. The seller reserves the right to verify the creditworthiness and payment information before processing the order. Novelty Rugs is not obligated to offer the full range of payment methods to the customer.
Novelty Rugs is not responsible or liable for any orders placed with false identification, using another customer’s account, or through dishonest means.
The appearance of items and services on the Novelty Rugs website at a specific time does not guarantee that the item or service will always be available. We reserve the right to discontinue a product at any time.
We reserve the right to change these terms
and conditions without prior notice. The conditions visible at the time of purchase apply to the order when placed.
The customer will receive an order confirmation when placing an order online. If an item with custom embroidery is ordered, the customer is responsible for checking that the data is correct. The order confirmation should be reviewed carefully after placing the order, and the customer should request immediate correction if needed. Changes can be made as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Novelty Rugs is not responsible for any changes that come too late after the order has been confirmed.
